Our investors comprise ten of the country's most prestigious university endowments, all of which
have selected HEI as their exclusive vehicle which solely invests in hospitality real estate. These
confident, committed, long-term partners consistently invest throughout all phases of real estate
cycles, fostering tremendous stability in our investment platform. HEI also owns three hotels in a
joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors, a long-term investor.
HEI senior executives are co-invested in all of the company's equity funds. The funds are
positioned and on track to acquire and/or develop approximately $500 million annually in the
hospitality sector, targeting top markets and properties franchised under such major brands as
Le Méridien, Marriott, Westin, Hilton, Renaissance, Embassy Suites, Sheraton and Crowne Plaza.
