Charlie Colletta

Responsible for deal sourcing and underwriting, primarily non-transaction driven growth of the HEI portfolio. Rooted in his deep asset management experience, including HEI’s interest in the W Hollywood Hotel & Residences mixed-use project, Charlie is also responsible for monitoring economic and market forces, optimizing portfolio diversification and achieving excellence in HEI’s underwriting process.

Prior to joining HEI in 2007, Charlie represented Starwood’s equity interest in joint venture assets both domestically and internationally. He led early development of Starwood’s owner relations department and the inspection of targeted acquisitions; reviewing operations, market position, and physical plan. Charlie was also responsible for spearheading the initial development plan for the $1 billion St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences mixed-use development.
