Clark Hanrattie

Clark is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, overseeing its investment, operations, asset management, and long-term growth initiatives while driving value for investors, brand partners, associates, and guests.

Clark joined HEI in 2004 as a Partner after beginning his hospitality career at Olympus Real Estate, where he advanced from analyst to partner leading the firm’s hotel investment and asset management activities. Over more than 30 years in the industry, he has played an integral role in HEI’s evolution into one of the nation’s premier hospitality investment and management platforms.

Throughout his career, Clark has helped raise and deploy six private equity funds and has overseen the acquisition of more than 175 hotels representing over $9 billion in transaction value. He also played a key role in expanding HEI’s portfolio from approximately 35 hotels in 2013 to more than 100 hotels today, representing over $20 billion in asset value.
