At HEI Hotels & Resorts, exceptional hospitality begins with the people who bring it to life. During our 2026 General Managers Conference at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, we celebrated the hotel teams whose leadership, creativity and commitment made a difference for guests, associates and communities this year.
Claremont earned two honors, Best Transition and Best Marketing Performance. Westin Dallas Stonebriar was recognized for Best Guest Satisfaction, while Home2 Suites Alpharetta received Best Associate Engagement. Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables took home Best Financial Performance, and The Madison Hotel earned Best Profit Contribution.
The Laura Hotel was named Best Food & Beverage Outlets, and The Whitley received Best Banquets & Catering. We also celebrated The Jay for Best Engineering Team, Westin New York Grand Central for Best Sales Team, Westin Atlanta Perimeter for Best Revenue Team, and Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek for Best Finance Team.
Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor received the Community Impact award, and The Hotel at Avalon was recognized with the HEI Loves award. The conference’s Best Overall Hotel honor went to Westchester Marriott.
