HEI Hotels & Resorts has expanded its management portfolio with the addition of three full-service hotels in The Woodlands, Texas, a strong and well-established market just north of Houston.
The portfolio includes 909 guestrooms across the following properties:

The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Westin at The Woodlands

Embassy Suites The Woodlands at Hughes Landing
These hotels are located within a highly desirable master-planned community known for its mix of corporate demand, leisure travel, and limited new hotel supply.
Each property offers amenities designed to serve both business and leisure travelers, including pools, fitness centers, and multiple food-and-beverage outlets. The Woodlands Resort also features a lazy river, water attractions, and spa amenities.
Across the three hotels, guests and groups have access to more than 101,000 square feet of meeting and event space, making the portfolio well positioned for conferences, corporate meetings, and social events.
The hotels were recently acquired by Ascendant Capital Partners and represent HEI’s first management partnership with the firm. HEI will continue to operate the properties under their existing brand affiliations.
