HEI Hotels & Resorts is proud to celebrate seven properties recognized in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards. With six hotels and one resort earning places among their destinations’ best, this year’s honorees reflect the distinctive experiences and thoughtful hospitality found across the HEI portfolio.
Selected by Condé Nast Traveler readers, these awards carry special meaning: they represent the perspectives of travelers and the places that made a lasting impression on them.
Hotel Crescent Court earned the No. 2 ranking in Texas, while The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Atlanta Buckhead, placed No. 3 in Atlanta. These honors mark a proud moment for both properties and the teams whose care and commitment shape every stay.
On the West Coast, three HEI properties received recognition. The Sun Rose West Hollywood ranked No. 6 in Los Angeles, joined by Hotel Per La, Autograph Collection, at No. 10. In San Francisco, The Jay, Autograph Collection, earned the No. 6 spot.
In Boston, The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston, ranked No. 7, earning recognition among the city’s leading hotels. Rounding out this year’s honorees, Chateau Elan Winery & Resort placed No. 18 among resorts in the South.
Behind each award is a team dedicated to making guests feel welcome, cared for and connected to their destination. From the first greeting to the details that make a visit memorable, their work brings each property’s individual character to life.
