Brian Russo

Brian is responsible for overseeing all HEI fund accounting transactions and financial reporting, and plays a key role in investor relations, asset management, property tax minimization and risk management as well as sourcing and closing HEI’s debt financings.

Prior to joining HEI in 2006, Brian was a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, in its New York office. Brian has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and real estate valuation garnered during his tenure at E&Y where he primarily focused on private equity funds and REITs in connection with hospitality, residential, office, shopping center and retail investments.
