HEI Hotels & Resorts has added Waymore’s Guest House in Nashville to its growing portfolio of over 100 upper-upscale independent hotels across the U.S. Located on Nashville’s dynamic East Bank—between downtown and East Nashville—Waymore’s is ideally positioned near major business hubs, universities, hospitals, and entertainment venues.
The boutique hotel features 93 rooms, nearly 4,000 square feet of meeting space, and two food and beverage outlets, including Tall Tales, an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge that showcases live local music in a laid-back social setting. HEI plans to elevate Waymore’s market presence by leveraging its proven management platform and its continued partnership with L+R Hotels.
This addition strengthens HEI’s presence in the independent lifestyle hotel space and highlights its focus on distinctive, design-forward properties in high-growth markets.
